Where we ship

Chubzy currently supports India shipping during launch. If your address is outside the available delivery network, we will contact you before processing the order.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is Rs. 99. Orders above Rs. 1499 ship free during launch. Shipping charges are shown before checkout is completed.

Processing and delivery

Ready-made items usually process in 2-3 days. Delivery usually takes 5-7 days after dispatch, depending on courier availability, city, weather, and local service conditions.

Returns and damage support

Return window

Eligible ready-made products may be reported for return within 5 days of delivery. Contact us before sending any product back. When a return is approved, Chubzy will cover the return shipping cost and provide the return instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. A clear unboxing video showing the sealed package and the issue is mandatory for a damage claim. Include your order details and keep all packaging until the review is complete.

Custom orders

Made-to-order pieces are created for a specific request and are non-returnable except when there is a confirmed defect or transit damage reported with the required proof within 5 days of delivery.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed. Please review the product, quantity, delivery details, and total carefully before completing payment.
