By placing an order with Chubzy, you agree to provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment information. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if required information is incomplete or incorrect.
Products and availability
Product photos, colours, and sizes are shown as accurately as possible, but small variations can happen with handcrafted and finished pieces. Availability may change during small-batch drops or custom work.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Online payment is processed through Razorpay and Cash on Delivery is not available. Chubzy is not GST registered at launch and does not issue GST tax invoices. Custom orders may require confirmation or advance payment before work starts.
Custom orders
Custom pieces are accepted only after feasibility, scope, price, and expected timeline are confirmed. Custom products are non-returnable except for a confirmed defect or transit damage reported within 5 days of delivery with the required proof.
Shipping, returns, and damage
Ready-made items usually process in 2-3 days and delivery is estimated at 5-7 days after dispatch. Eligible return or damage issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery. A clear unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims. Chubzy covers return shipping for approved returns. Orders cannot be cancelled after placement. Intellectual property and references
Custom reference material is used to understand the requested style, theme, or intended use. Chubzy may decline work that cannot be completed safely, cleanly, or responsibly.
